    Feb 2025 – Present

    Problem
    Contractor owners were typing every estimate request into their CRM by hand.
    What I did
    Built Weather Recovery Solutions’ Next.js site and a Node.js integration with JobNimbus that creates a lead and alerts the owner on every estimate request. Recently shipped updated service pages and a redesigned desktop and mobile navigation. Also built FashionForward (fashionforward.house), a membership invitation site.
    Outcome
    Manual lead entry replaced; about 10 leads logged automatically since launch.

    Software Engineer
    Nov 2021 – April 2026

    Problem
    Marlowe smart contracts needed usable front ends and tests that prove behavior in the UI and on-chain; later, executives needed a readable picture of how a 20-node network behaved under load.
    What I did
    Built the Contract Runner UI and wallet-connect apps; created a Playwright + Cucumber end-to-end starter suite (about 5 scenarios, happy path plus error cases); built Python / Grafana / Loki / Jupyter performance reports; built a db-sync alternative on Dolos with TxPipe.
    Outcome
    UI and on-chain behavior verified together; latency monitoring surfaced a bottleneck (~20% improvement once fixed); the Dolos build matched every db-sync endpoint used to run the partner chain (1:1 parity).

    Software Engineer
    April 2020 – Nov 2021

    Problem
    Retail workers needed a safer place than Facebook to organize — and, during COVID-19, a fast way to report workplace incidents.
    What I did
    Built a Flutter social app (iOS, Android, web) on GraphQL and Neo4j, plus a Rails + Svelte COVID-19 reporting map in about a month.
    Outcome
    The social tooling was adopted by partner labor organizations; the map drew Sen. Warren’s attention, with APIs cut from 6s to 1s.

    Senior Software Engineer
    April 2017 – April 2020

    Problem
    Nonprofits needed customizable donation, fundraising, and ticketing pages that take money directly.
    What I did
    Built the greenfield platform in Rails and React and led the Stripe Connect integration, plus Plaid and PayPal.
    Outcome
    Grew to 400+ nonprofits and $1M+ raised; donation pages went from 7s to under 1s.
